Married Indian Males are getting treated as slaves in the society. Looks like this legal terrorism will not end unless & until it will completely demolish or remove the marriage concept from India. Daily basis there are so many false cases filled against the Indian males & his family for the greed of money & handy Family-laws which blindly supports women without justifying the allegations made by her.
Married Indian male don’t have a basic Human Right to enjoy freedom & his life. If husband don’t dance on wife’s tune he is not good husband, he becomes criminal once wife files False FIR. Husband can never become good father as Child custody is always awarded to Mother. Though mother staying in adultery child need to accompany her, Husband can give better future & values to the kid in the society. Just because he is male he never get custody of kid.
The basic problem here Handy laws, easy access to file false FIR against husband. Wife Listens to own parents but hate to listen her in-laws or husband. Lot of interference by Wife’s parents especially Mother who wrongly guides daughter, Father who listened to his wife & making his Son in law to follow his daughter.
There is not one or the other there are so many cases where because of wife’s parents & wife filling false cases men’s are losing their lives. Mental & physical harassment caused by in-laws & wife, Gender Biased laws not giving any option to Indian males either spoil your life taking rounds or Court, finish your life or bend down & get extorted legally by your in-laws & wife.
